President, Co-owner, Financial Advisor
Holly P. D. Fulton grew up in Vermont, including playing high school basketball for Rollie. After 20 years out of state and a career in Chemical Engineering, she returned to her beloved Green Mountains to raise her children, joining CIC in 2006. She is involved in all aspects of the business, but particularly enjoys finding holistic solutions for clients that help them reach their financial goals. What makes being part of CIC special for her is the relationships that develop over the years, relationships that blur the distinction between client & friend. Outside of work, you might find Holly in her garden, in her kayak, or maybe part way up Mount Abe, trying to figure out whether she is listening to a magnolia warbler or a chestnut-sided warbler.
Co-owner, Financial Advisor
Jake, who has a degree in business administration from Elmira College, began his
career at Edward Jones Investments before joining CIC in 2009 to pursue a greater client
and community focus. Outside of work he stays busy with family, church activities, gardening,
fishing, golfing and just about anything outdoors!
George grew up in Brandon and has deep family roots in Addison County. George now holds his Journeymen Electrical License and is a practicing electrician on the weekends. In his free time, he enjoys playing guitar and watching a good football game with family and friends.
He has always had a passion for financial management. For the past six years, he has used his nights to study successful investors and money managers. His philosophy is that with diligence and planning virtually anyone can achieve financial prosperity.
Robert Fjeld is a long time Vermont resident. He grew up in Leicester, going to the same church as Holly Fulton. Rob went on to go to college at Castleton University where he received a bachelor’s degree in 2016, majoring in psychology. Upon graduating, Rob accepted a position with the Counseling Service of Addison County where he found a passion for helping people.
Discovering a mutual interest in the stock market and various strategies used by successful investors with George Mitchell, Rob started investing in his personal account in 2016. His knowledge of investing has continued to expand since that time, including picking up fundamental market concepts from his golfing buddy, Woody Dorsey. Rob enjoys advising people on how to best manage their money in order to reach their financial goals.

Wendy grew up in Connecticut and graduated from Boston College with a degree in nursing. She practiced nursing in Vermont, most recently at Porter Internal Medicine in Middlebury from 2004 until 2016. Wendy is delighted to be support staff in a business that guides people in their financial health. She has worked with her husband, Al Covey, in various medical practices, and is happy to be working with him again. She lives in Middlebury with Al, and enjoys visits from their adult children. Outside the office, you may see Wendy outdoors walking, biking, xc-skiing, or possibly swing dancing with Al.
Associate, Assistant Office Manager
Marie was content working in office related jobs for 30 years at Middlebury College. During retirement
and feeling left behind because of the passing of her husband, she became motivated to venture out
and learn something new. With time to herself, Marie began learning meditation and Reiki techniques.
Then in January of 2020 Rollie asked her if she might be interested in working part-time at CIC, which
was a most welcomed invitation.
Associate, Assistant Office Manager
Alison Cyr, grew up in the beautiful small town of Addison Vermont. A graduate from Vergennes Union High School, she went on to graduate from the College of St. Joseph with a degree in business. Alison has a passion for the outdoors, gardening, swimming, walking, and most of all camping. When she’s not in the office or pursuing her passions, she’s spending time with her adored family. In joining CIC, Alison looks to expand her work family as she helps our office run smoothly and efficiently.
