Ms. Fulton's resume
Holly P. D. Fulton grew up in Vermont, including playing high school basketball for Rollie. After 20 years out of state and a career in Chemical Engineering, she returned to her beloved Green Mountains to raise her children, joining CIC in 2006. She is involved in all aspects of the business, but particularly enjoys finding holistic solutions for clients that help them reach their financial goals. What makes being part of CIC special for her is the relationships that develop over the years, relationships that blur the distinction between client & friend. Outside of work, you might find Holly in her garden, in her kayak, or maybe part way up Mount Abe, trying to figure out whether she is listening to a magnolia warbler or a chestnut-sided warbler.

Jake, who has a degree in business administration from Elmira College, began his

I grew up in Brandon, graduated from Otter Valley H.S., and have deep family roots in Addison County. After attending the Stafford Technical Center, I now hold my Journeymen Electrical License and am a practicing electrician in the Rutland area. In my free time, I enjoy playing guitar and watching a good football game with family and friends.
I have always had a passion for financial management. For the past six years, I have used my nights to study successful investors and money managers. My philosophy is that with diligence and planning virtually anyone can achieve financial prosperity. I am excited to join the Community Investment Counselor’s team as an investment advisor representative to help you reach your financial goals.
Robert Fjeld is a long time Vermont resident. He grew up in Leicester, going to the same church as Holly Fulton. After attending Otter Valley Union High School, Rob then went on to college at Castleton University where he received a bachelor’s degree in 2016, majoring in psychology. Upon graduating, Rob accepted a position with the Counseling Service of Addison County where he found a passion for helping people.
Discovering a mutual interest in the stock market and various strategies used by successful investors with his friend George Mitchell, Rob started investing in his personal account in 2016. His knowledge of investing has continued to expand since that time, including picking up fundamental market concepts from his golfing buddy, Woody Dorsey. His growing interest in the field led this year to his decision to become an investment advisor representative with Community Investment Counselors. Rob looks forward to a career advising clients on how to best manage their money in order to reach their financial goals.

Ms. Gordon's Resume
Marie was content working in office related jobs for 30 years at Middlebury College. During retirement
and feeling left behind because of the passing of her husband, she became motivated to venture out
and learn something new. With time to herself, Marie began learning meditation and Reiki techniques.
Then in January of 2020 Rollie asked her if she might be interested in working part-time at CIC, which
was a most welcomed invitation.
Marie has been blessed with two beautiful daughters and two amazing grandchildren, which, of course,
she dearly loves. She is not much of a Face Book participant, but you can follow her Mother Nature
images on Instagram. Marie looks forward to greeting and helping you.
